Share India Securities Limited acquires 100% of Enshrine Leasing for Rs 39.72 crore As on : 17-Sep-26  16:25

Share India Securities Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Enshrine Leasing and Infotech Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs 39,71,50,856, effective September 17, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The acquisition, previously approved by the company’s board on July 24, 2026, results in Enshrine becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Share India Securities Limited.
